Application.

Ideal as a reinforcing filler for green tire production, this product can replace carbon black on the tire sidewall, notably increasing tear strength and resistance to tear growth without affecting vulcanization time. The ozone aging resistance depends on the antioxidant and white carbon black amount. Adding white carbon black to the tread boosts anti-cutting and anti-tearing properties, minimizing flaking blocks. Additionally, silica-filled compounds reduce rolling resistance by 30% compared to ordinary carbon black-filled compounds.
