Application

This product serves as an outstanding reinforcing filler for green tires, offering an exceptional alternative to carbon black in the tire side. It notably boosts tear strength and tear growth resistance without affecting vulcanization time. The ozone aging resistance varies with antioxidants and white carbon black content. Adding white carbon black to the tread enhances anti-cutting and anti-tearing properties, reducing flaking blocks. Additionally, silica-filled compounds achieve a 30% reduction in rolling resistance compared to those filled with conventional carbon black.
