a. At both high and room temperatures, our high purity silica enhances silicone rubber products by improving transparency, wear resistance, high temperature stability, tear resistance, and dielectric properties.
b. In paints, coatings, and inks, it serves multiple roles such as thickening, thixotropy, matting, dispersion, anti-precipitation, anti-caking, and anti-sagging, resulting in enhanced stability, water content management, optimized free flow, and electrostatic application.
c. When used in adhesives, our silica reinforces, thickens, and enhances thixotropy, while also preventing precipitation and caking. It improves processing, stability, and adhesion.
d. For resin glass fiber reinforced plastics and composite products, it acts against sagging and aging, enhances impact resistance and strength, and improves surface smoothness.
e. In plastic film products, it imparts aging and impact resistance, prevents foam cracking, and enhances both strength and transparency.
